Battle Creek, MI -- Hansons Battle Creek siding operation, the company who's site provides siding for buyers in need of financing, has announced plans to establish regional customer service centers for Battle Creek siding operations. "As our company has experienced growth over the past several months, we have seen the ever-increasing need for enhanced customer service developments," said the company's rep.
"We have decided that, in the very near future, we will be establishing regional customer service operations so that we will be able to better serve the consumer. As more and more Battle Creek siding clients come to us; and look to us as a source of valuable information, we want to be able to remain a single source of knowledge and assistance. The rep was unable to pinpoint exactly when the regional customer service centers would be put into operation, but he did state that "we are currently in the midst of scouting out locations for our customer service centers, and will be opening the individual centers throughout the area as they are located and staffed." No further details were provided on specific locations, but it was made clear that new hires would make up 80-90% of the staffing for these new locations.
